Data Protection Statement of the WILD Group

The WILD Group and its entities take the protection of your personal data seriously. On the basis of statutory provisions, we would therefore like to inform you about the collection, use and processing of your data during the application process and obtain your consent to these General Terms and Conditions.

Purpose of collection and use of data

Personal data will be collected, processed and used for the purposes of processing applications. The data provided by you will be used to contact you, to verify and evaluate your data. Collection, processing and use of your personal data may include the following data categories:

  • Your contact details (e.g. your name, your address, email address and phone number);
  • Your curriculum vitae and employment history;
  • Information regarding your previous work experience and previous jobs (e.g. company, location, department, position, role, date of commencement of the employment relationship, full or part time, working hours);
  • Information regarding your education (e.g. level of education, reports or certificates);
  • Other relevant information which is necessary to provide you with a job offer.

When you apply for a particular position, your data will be made available to the responsible Human Resources department and the respective manager. In addition, your registration information may be evaluated and used for alternative positions within the WILD Group at your request. When you send us an unsolicited application, your data will be made available to the Human Resources department at your preferred location within the WILD Group. In addition, your data may be evaluated upon your consent and used for alternative positions within the WILD Group.

Personal data which is collected and processed during the application process is protected by technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or modification.

Data processing and retention of personal data

Your data will be transferred, processed and used within the WILD Group in order to process your application. Your data will be stored on servers at WILD Group locations. If you are a resident of the European Union, your personal data will be processed in compliance with European and applicable national data protection laws.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data will be stored exclusively in the HR application portal. No data will be forwarded or disclosed to external service providers (partner companies, staff-leasing agencies) without your express consent and permission. WILD Group staff are obliged to maintain secrecy and protect all personal data.

Data storage

If your application for a particular position is rejected, your data will be deleted after six (6) months. This includes non-anonymised information for statistical analyses. Your data will be used for no other purposes.
